The first 24 hours after Lasik or laser eye surgery are critical for the healing and recovery process, and avoiding exercise during this period is advised due to the following factors:
Minimizing the Risk of Complications: Exercise increases blood flow can lead to high blood pressure, and causes extra stress on the eyes. This can increase the risk of bleeding or swelling in your eyes and create so many problems during recovery. You have to suffer from side effects that worsen your eyes.
